POLICY, GNP+ and GTZ produced this tool to increase involvement of people living with HIV/AIDS in the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria (GFATM Country Coordinating Mechanisms (CCMs). More than 400 PLHIV from over 30 countries developed this tool and a companion handbook: “Challenging, Changing and Mobilising: A Guide to PLHIV Involvement in Country Coordinating Mechanisms”. The handbook includes suggested policies and processes for CCMs, CCM Members, the Global Fund Board and secretariat, PLHIV on the CCM, and PLHIV constituencies.
