A new publication – Verdict on a Virus: Public Health, Human Rights and Criminal Law – shows that a simplistic ‘law-and-order’ response to HIV and the way in which individual court cases are reported in the media only serve to intensify a climate of denial, secrecy and fear. This creates a fertile breeding ground for the continued and rapid spread of HIV. Verdict on a Virus is a joint publication of IPPF, ICW and GNP+

 
The International Treatment Preparedness Coalition's (ITPC) latest report, Making Global Fund Country Coordination Mechanisms work through full engagements of civil society, is now available. Click here to download the PDF version. The new report looks at the functioning of CCMs in seven countries: Argentina, Cambodia, Cameroon, India, Jamaica, Romania and Uganda. ICASO supported this work as a member of the Project Advisory Committee and funded the research by ITPC partners in five countries.
