This is a completely new section, where issues are presented that deserve more in-depth analysis as can be contained by the document listings in the library.

Library:

The library already existed in our last website, but has been improved in this site and been made more prominent. GNP+ has a treasure trove full of information and documents which it wishes to share with other organisations and individuals involved in the global HIV response.
