As part of the role of civil society partner, GNP+ undertakes regular consultations with regional and country stakeholders to inform the programming and policy discussions within the Conference Coordinating Committee.

This consultative process includes e-consultations as well as discussion opportunities during other conferences and meetings to identify common positions and understanding of key priorities for PLHIV. The programmatic development process for the 13^th International conference of people living with HIV, LIVING2012, will also be a key component to develop the priorities.
