GNP+ works with national networks in all geographical regions. Through the People Living with HIV Stigma Index Partnership, GNP+ collaborates with national networks in over 65 countries. In addition, GNP+ works closely with national networks to implement the "HIV Leadership through Accountability" programme.

 Some of these networks are:

• Kenya: National Empowerment Network of People living with HIV/AIDS in Kenya (NEPHAK)
• Nigeria: Network of People living with HIV/AIDS (NEPWHAN)
• Zambia: Network of Zambian People living with HIV/AIDS (NZP+)
• Moldova (work to start in 2010)
• South Africa (work to start in 2010)
• Cameroon (work to start in 2010)
• Ethiopia (work to start in 2010)
