Defending and protecting women is often used as a reason to criminalise HIV transmission. This document, co-produced by OSI, provides ten reasons why criminalizing HIV exposure or transmission is also harmfull to women. It has been endorsed by leading HIV/AIDS, human rights, and women’s organizations and networks throughout the world.
