GNP+ participe, en tant que coorganisateur et co-sponsor à différents événements clés et conférences dans la riposte internationale au VIH comme la Conférence internationale sur le Sida et la Réunion des exécutants des programmes de VIH/Sida, par exemple. En outre, GNP+ a été, par le passé, l’organisateur en chef de la Conférence internationale pour les personnes vivant avec le VIH dont la dernière session s’est déroulée à Mexico en 2008 sous l’appellation LIVING2008 : Le Sommet des leaders séropositifs.

GNP+ met actuellement l’accent sur le renforcement de la participation des personnes vivant avec le VIH à la Conférence internationale sur le Sida AIDS2010, qui aura lieu du 18 au 24 juillet 2010 à Vienne.

In the lead up to LIVING 2012: The Positive Leadership Summit, the 13^th International Conference for people living with HIV, the Global Network of People living with HIV and the LIVING 2012 partnership are starting further e-consultations as of today, Wednesday 23 May.

International AIDS Candlelight Memorial 2012: Promoting Health and Dignity Together

“Promoting Health and Dignity Together” is the theme of the International AIDS Candlelight Memorial 2012. The theme aims to raise awareness around HIV and to promote respect for the human rights of people living with HIV. The memorial will take place on Sunday 20 May 2012.

The theme “Promoting Health and Dignity Together” is inspired by the Positive Health, Dignity and Prevention framework which is a people-centered and human rights based approach to the HIV response.
